Billy Smith conducted the annual election for officers and directors.  Ballots were collected and taken for tally. Election results were announced.  President is Mike Dennard; President Elect, Marilyn Musial; Secretary, Sheryl Berg; Treasurer, Scott Rainey; and Kippy Caraway will be Sergeant at Arms.  John Branch, Steve Owens, and Alan Wyle were elected to open Director positions.  Roger Donnelly will replace the DIrectorate vacated by Kippy Caraway.

President David Coney reminded members that the meeting is scheduled as a club assembly. The Club’s service budget was distributed and discussed by President Coney, and each Officer and Director talked briefly about their area of responsibility.  Committee members were also recognized.  President Coney reminded members that we are a little more than half way through the year, and there is still a lot to be done.

President Coney noted that last year was the Club’s most successful fundraising year.  He discussed his concerns and goals, and then adjourned the meeting.
